The ambience upon entering the riad was impressively classy and modern Moroccan. the restaurant offered delicious tajine and dessert, and the live Moroccan music added to the atmosphere. the exceptional service provided by the manager, front desk officer, and restaurant staff was commendable. the hotel's quiet location was perfect for exploring the city of Marrakech.

It is very close to the Majorelle gardens, which we visited early in the morning to escape the crowds. The staff here are very friendly and helpful, providing great insights on navigating the city. The rooms are lovely, with amenities like a mini-bar, sitting area, and patio. The hotel also offers free toiletries and an AM/FM alarm clock. We enjoyed the facilities here, including the Wi-Fi and flat-screen TV. we had a wonderful stay and would recommend this venue to families.

During my Christmas holiday stay, I had a great experience with the complementary welcome drinks and snacks as soon as we arrived. The location of the hotel was also perfect for me as I could easily explore the city on foot. I also enjoyed the spa services which were a great way to relax.

The breakfast lacked variety and I found the room to be slightly neglected. Some maintenance was needed as there were minor issues with the doors not closing properly.

Located next to the YSL museum and Majorelle gardens, this hotel is in a quiet and safe area perfect for exploring the city. Most of the sights are in walking distance, making it a great location for tourists. the cleaning ladies work hard and the breakfast is nice, giving a good start to the day. the power shower in Room 9 is impressive, and the staff is amazing.

The pool is unheated, which can be unpleasant who want to swim in colder weather.
